Phnom Penh, 15 December 2025 – Samdech Maha Rathsapheathika Thipadei Khuon Sudary, President of the National Assembly of the Kingdom of Cambodia, on Monday morning chaired a meeting of the National Assembly Standing Committee at the National Assembly Palace to review and approve a number of agenda items.
As a result, the meeting endorsed four draft laws, submitted by the Royal Government, and agreed to task the Commissions of the National Assembly for further review and reporting back to the Standing Committee. The four bills are as follows:
1) Draft Law on Civil Aviation of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
2) Draft Law on the Approval of the Comprehensive Agreement on Air Transport between the Governments of the Member States of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations and the European Union and its Member States.
3) Draft Law on the Approval of the Protocol 3 on Expansion of Fifth Freedom Traffic Rights between the Contracting Parties under the Air Transport Agreement between the overnments of the Member States of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations and the Government of the People's Republic of China.
4) Draft Law on the Approval of the Protocol to Implement the Eleventh and Twelfth Packages of Commitments on Air Transport Services under the ASEAN Framework Agreement on Services.
